SSE does still have frametime spikes but their are neither as high or as noticeable. Their average framerate was about the same. I will note that that it's been pointed out that the issues with dx9 games aren't in windows 7. 14/08/2011 · Skyrim Classic has a larger library of mods, including ones that are abandoned and can't be ported (only recreated) by other authors due to permission limitations.
